Responsibilities:
- Improve and maintain inventory accuracy (raw material and work-in-process)- Work with Engineering to correct usage errors in bills of materials- Assist Production to improve production reporting, scrap transactions, and inventory visibility- Work with Purchasing and Customer Service to anticipate and forecast potential stock outages and prevent such outages from occurring- Establish and execute cycle count schedule for critical parts- Lead the daily, weekly and/or monthly annual inventory counts- Provide backup for the Receiving function when the Receiving Clerk is unusually busy or is out of the building- When needed, assist the shipping department by making pallets to be shipped, freeing up the production crew- Operate the fork lifts as necessary to assist Production, Shipping, and/or Receiving- Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent- Ability to lift 50 pounds- Must be able to operate a forklift- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills- Highly detail oriented- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a high degree of data input accuracy- Exceptional oral and written communication skillsReady to start your next career?
